Business Development Manager

A field sales role promoting my client’s range of aluminum and steel rainscreen cladding and external facades. Tracking and winning commercial new-build and recladding projects across the private and public sector, with a focus on education and healthcare but free to roam across the London and South East area.

Compensation: £50k-£60k basic, £100k+ OTE

Responsibilities:

  • A specification and contractor sales role, creating demand and securing sales for a range of metal decorative facades and exterior cladding solutions
  • Tracking and winning commercial new-build and recladding projects across the private and public sector
  • Working with architects, surveyors and contractors, with a focus on the education and healthcare sectors, but being free to roam
  • Managing and following the specification process through to securing it with the contractors and specialist installers, and overseeing the installation
  • There is a clear career path, with the opportunity in time to build a small team around you

Overview:

Package: Circa £50k-£60k basic with a six-figure uncapped OTE, which must be one of the best in the construction industry, an additional profit share scheme, pension and healthcare
