Promoting an industry leading range of GRP building products into national house builders and regional developers. There are framework agreements in place with the Top 10 national house builders, and a big part of the role is getting around the regional offices, tracking and winning their new developments.

Responsibilities:

  • Promoting my clients industry leading range of prefabricated Canopy’s, Dormer’s, Chimney Stacks, Bay Windows and Door Surrounds
  • There are framework agreements in place with the Top 10 national house builders, and a big part of the role is getting around the regional offices tracking and winning their new developments.
  • Roughly 70% of the role will be tracking these new developments from existing house builder accounts.
  • Whilst you are also expected to prospect and win new regional house builders, to add to your portfolio.

Overview:

Package: Circa £45k basic with a 10% OTE, car or car allowance, laptop, mobile, pension and access to a group benefits app.
